Wikki Tourists FC Terminates Appointment of it’s Technical Adviser

Wikki Tourists FC of Bauchi has terminate the contract of its Technical Adviser, Azeez Audu.

This decision is contain in a press release from management of the club and made available to newsmen by the media officer, Nasiru Abdullahi Kobi.

Audu’s inability to meet the performance targets set by the club at the beginning of the season is the reason the team laid him off on mutual consent.

“As a club with high ambitions and a commitment to excellence, we must take decisive action to ensure we are on track to achieve our goals, we appreciate Azeez Audu’s for his contributions during his tenure and wish him the best in his future endeavors”.

The club in the interim has appointed it’s Chief Coach Bashir Saleh to take over the responsibilities of head coach.

‘We remain confident in the support of our fans. The club is determined to overcome the current challenges and continue to strive for success”.

It could be recall that Wikki Tourists FC had a poor season as it failed to qualify for the NNL24 super 8 and recently lost out in the ongoing Federation Cup.
