Glitter Heart Foundation Concludes Ramadan Feeding, Shares Clothing to Orphans, Vulnerable

A Bauchi based Non Governmental Organisation (NGO), Glitter Heart Sparkling Foundation have concluded it’s free Ramadan Feeding Program tagged “Feed a Fasting Soul”.

The Foundation also shared 140 sets of sown clothes to Orphans and Almajiri Children in two communities of Inkil and Zango, within Bauchi metropolis.


In one of the Almajiri school where the sets of clothes were distributed to the children, Executive Director of Glitter Heart Foundation, Saudat Mohammed Abdullahi informed the beneficiaries that clothes given to them was made possible through donations made by individuals and groups within and outside Bauchi State.


The ED said that the aim of giving the beneficiaries new set of clothes was to give them a sense of belonging during the Sallah celebrations

She then enjoined the beneficiaries to include the donors in their supplications.


“The joy and happiness on the faces of the beneficiaries is so touching and quite fulfilling. For me, it is more than worth the several challenges encountered during the month long exercise. What started well, ended excellently well, Alhamdulilah”, said Saudat.


It could be recalled that Glitter Heart Foundation had initiated a free feeding exercise at the commencement of 2024 Ramadan Fast. All through the fasting period, the Foundation had reached out to over Ten Thousand vulnerable members of the public with food packages.


The then seized the opportunity and thanked all the donors that made the Ramadan Feeding and Clothing exercise a huge success.


She also expressed her appreciation to the Foundation’s staff and volunteers that supported the exercise throughout the exercise.
