Th Management of Sa’adu Zungur University Bauchi has cautioned parents, guardians and potential students to be wary of fraudulent offer of admission being issued out by some unscrupulous elements.
The management issued out the warning as a result of a purported offer of admission made to one Muhammad Aisha Yahaya which was fake.
A press release issued by the Institutions PRO Auwal Hassan and made available to newsmen in Bauchi said, ” the attention of SAZU had been drawn to a fake admission letter, supposedly from the University, issued to one Muhammad Aisha Yahaya, offering admission to study Bachelor of Law (LLB)”.
The press statement categorically said that, “This admission offer is completely fake and has no basis in reality. The University hereby disclaims any involvement in the issuance of this fake admission letter”.
The school management further stated that, “Our admission processes are transparent, and all legitimate admission offers are communicated directly to applicants through the university’s official website”.
The management of SAZU, while cautioning the general public on the activities of fraudsters said, “The general public, particularly students and parents are hereby advised to verify all admission offers through our official website”.
