He said the current medical outreach services has targeted three districts of the LG that comprises Dambam, Dagauda and Jalam Districts respectively.

“Our union members from the LG made this effort through funds raised from members dues. It is also heart warming to note that the outreach exercise got support from some community champions that includes :Senator Mohammed A. Mohammed , Honorable Idris Buba Jalam, Honorable Babale Abubakar, Honorable Shehu Yunusa and Honorable Bala Basko respectively”.

“We are skilled service providers that have been rendering volunteer services at the health facilities. We are already in the system at volunteer capacity. It shouldn’t be difficult for government to mainstream us into the service”, said Fada.

The Chairman of the volunteer health workers further appeal to well meaning Nigerians, Politicians and NGOs to support the activities of the union because of the humanitarian services it is rendering to communities, especially those in hard to reach areas, that have no access to orthodox medical care.
