Bauchi First Lady Spray Staff with End of Year Gifts

Staff of the Bauchi State First Lady Hajiya Aisha Bala Mohammed were all smiles yesterday when they received end of year gift preparatory to the beginning of the new year.
Presenting the gift in her office, Hajiya Aisha Mohammed commended them for their loyalty and dedication to duty which she described as unalloyed.
She further enjoined them to redouble their efforts in initiating programs and activities that would add value to the administration of her husband, Governor Bala Mohammed, inline with the policy thrusts of the government aimed at impacting positively in the lives of the citizens of the state.
Distributing the gifts to the staff of her unit, the chief press secretary (CPS) to the first lady Murjanatu Musa Maidawa charged the staff of her unit to always be good ambassadors of the administration through their positive reportage and interpersonal relations with the general public.
Murjanatu also promised the staff that more of such galore would come their way in the new year and tasked them to reciprocate the first lady’s kind gesture by being innovative in reporting activities of the office.
Speaking on behalf of the unit staff, Mallam Aminu Iliyasu Qala of the State Television thanked the First Lady for gift which he described as the first of kind and also pledged to reciprocate the gesture by collectively supporting all the programs and activities of the First Lady.
Our correspondent reports that 208 member of staff, comprising both domestic and official benefited from the gesture. Others were members of staff of the first lady’s pet project, Almuhibbah Foundation.
The end of the year galore includes 25kg bag of rice and 5000 Naira cash to each staff.
