Boys’ Brigade Honors Patrons for Outstanding Contributions in Bauchi

The Boys’ Brigade Nigeria, Bauchi Battalion Council, recently conferred Honorary Awards of Excellence on 12 patrons for their remarkable commitment and contributions to the organization’s growth and development in Bauchi State. The ceremony took place at the United Evangelical Church in Bauchi.

Elder Gibson J. Godobe, State President of the Boys’ Brigade, praised the recipients for their exemplary leadership, consistency, and passion for the organization’s growth. As a recipient himself, Godobe described the honor as a call to duty, emphasizing the importance of mentorship, discipline, and faith.

In his address, Reverend Jacob Musa, Minister-in-Charge of the United Evangelical Church, charged the Boys’ Brigade members to be true soldiers of Christ, urging them to make a difference wherever they go. He pledged his commitment to supporting the organization, highlighting its role in fostering peace, love, confidence, and integrity among young people.

The awardees expressed gratitude for the recognition, dedicating their awards to God Almighty, the Boys’ Brigade, and the youth of Bauchi and Nigeria. They reaffirmed their dedication to youth development and supported the Brigade financially.
